Details About the Application Procedure for Australia
Australia is one of the most Preferred Study Destination. A degree attained from Australia holds great significance in the global world which is why a large number of students opt to study from the same. Preconditions
Australia follows the Simplified Student Visa Framework, which has led to smoother application process. In the Australian visa process, if the student is attaining sponsorship it should be within the family who will be able to give the student a positive profile.
Although many students give the IELTS exam to get student visa of Australia, one can also make an application through the PTE or TOEFL exams. The Australian visa process offers Masters by Research or PhD students with Unlimited Work Rights.
Many courses need an Australian Health Requirement through the Overseas Student Health Cover who is the insurance provider for visa applications. Upon acceptance into their choice of course, the health cover needs to be paid. The cost of the health cover varies according to the duration of the course.
Universities and colleges in Australia have two main intakes are February and July respectively.
English Language Requirement
In IELTS 6.0 band required for Undergraduate and 6.5 band required for Post Graduate.

Undergraduate Courses
You will need to have an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (Year 12) or the overseas equivalent. Some undergraduate courses may also have specific prerequisite subjects.
Postgraduate Courses
You must have completed at least one degree at undergraduate level. The institution may also consider your research ability or relevant work experience.
Vocational Education and Training (VET)
In most cases, there are no entrance exams for VET Institutions. However, some courses may require you to have studied specific subjects or completed work experience.

Australia has a special Health Insurance Coverage for an International students called Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). OSHC is an Insurance designed to help an International students cover the costs of medical and hospital care that they may need while in Australia.
